By accessing districtscore.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DistrictScore is a real estate analytics platform. We aggregate public and licensed market data into location scores, price metrics, yield estimates, and risk indicators for the United States and Portugal. The service provides information, not advice.
Data license
The datasets published on DistrictScore location pages — composite scores, aggregated price and yield metrics, and risk indicators — are made available free of charge for personal, non-commercial use, including citation in research and journalism, provided you attribute DistrictScore with a link to the source page. Bulk downloading, scraping, republication, or redistribution of the data, and any commercial use, require our prior written permission. Underlying source data remains the property of its respective providers — including INE Portugal, the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, EPA, Redfin, EEA, and JRC Copernicus — and is subject to their own terms.
No investment advice
Nothing on DistrictScore constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Scores and metrics are statistical aggregates that may contain errors or lag the market. Always verify independently and consult qualified professionals before any property transaction.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for activity under your account. Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content, circumvent access controls or paywalls, resell or sublicense the data, or use the service in a way that degrades it for others.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistrictScore is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
